What does The INcourager do?

The INcourager offers group mental wellness coaching centered on helping people master their thoughts, emotions and behaviors. The “Wellness Workouts” are designed in group sessions to help SQUASH THE STIGMA and change the look of mental health.

What are wellness workouts?

Wellness workouts are a mental wellness training session, led by The INcourager in group format. The workout transforms the mind through meditation, cognitive behavioral therapy, neuro-linguistic programming, mindfulness and laughter (lots of laughter).

Why does The INcourager do it?

So many people are ineffectively managing anxiety, stress and overwhelm; often calling it a part of “life.” Yes, that’s true. You will encounter one or all of these at a point (or two) in your life. My goal is to ensure you are mentally prepared to confidently and compassionately embrace the waves of life.

Where are wellness workouts held?

The workouts are designed in groups sessions to SQUAST THE STIGMA and are facilitated via ZOOM or live in person. The sessions can be held in offices, churches, meeting rooms or restaurants.

What is INcouraged Living?

INcouraged living is compassionate living: For yourself, others and this world. It’s knowing who you are, loving who you are and living it out everyday. INcouraged living is accepting change, addressing pain and knowing everything will be okay.

Who are the wellness workouts for?

YOU! Everyone. The workouts are for audiences from adolescence to adulthood to senior. The program’s engaging design allows for each session to be unique and custom to the attendees. Programs can be customized.

Take INventory of your thoughts, reduce negative headspace and tone your mind! The INcourager Group Workouts are INCLUDED with The INcourager Planner! They are centered around a specific target area to grow mentally, whether it be awareness, anxiety or self-love. Each workout provides a practical method to to begin INcouraged Living. The 30min workouts are hosted via ZOOM and recur monthly.

Corporate

INspect your thoughts, lose negative beliefs and stretch your emotional core as leaders and employees. The INcourager Corporate workouts are designed to heighten self-awareness, develop positive regard, enhance collaboration and build trust within organizations. Workouts are tailored specific to each organizations needs and can be held live or via ZOOM.
